What to Expect

AltaVista Clinics, as a modern gynaecology centre, provides a friendly environment for women. The clinic is situated in a secluded location within one of the most secure gated estates in GRA, Enugu, behind the Central Bank. From the leafy streets of the estate you will step in to the genteel ambience of our reception suite where you will be welcomed by the Client Executive, a senior member of our administrative staff who will offer you a choice of refreshments.

All our records are electronic and your details, if not previously requested when you arranged the appointment, will be captured before you are ushered in to see a healthcare practitioner depending on your reason for attending.

All staff members will introduce themselves before attending to you. You may be seen by a member of the nursing staff before the consultant or professor sees you. You may be required to provide samples for laboratory investigations including blood samples that would be taken by the nurse. At the conclusion of your consultation, a management plan will be agreed with you and communicated in writing within a few days.
